Inauguration of the B.Ed. Batch 2026–2028

St. Jacob's Training College, Menamkulam, warmly welcomed the newly admitted B.Ed. Batch (2026–2028) through a solemn inauguration ceremony held on 13 July 2026 at the college auditorium. The programme commenced with a prayer by Angelina Sunitha Varghese, followed by the welcome address delivered by Mrs. Megha Anna Thomas, Academic Coordinator. The function was presided over by Dr. Lidson Raj. J, Principal, and was formally inaugurated by His Excellency Most Rev. Dr. Christudas R., Auxiliary Bishop, Latin Archdiocese of Trivandrum, who also lit the ceremonial lamp and delivered an inspiring inaugural address. Rev. Fr. M. Albert M.A., Manager, offered the special address, highlighting the institution's commitment to nurturing competent, compassionate, and value-based educators. Felicitations were offered by Rev. Dr. Thadayoose P., Vice Principal, Dr. Elizabeth Samuel, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, and Ms. Agraja P. Nair, Best Outgoing Student of the 2024–2026 Batch. The Principal introduced the faculty members to the new students, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Betty Sunny, Staff Secretary, followed by the National Anthem. The inauguration marked the beginning of a new academic journey for the aspiring teachers, reaffirming the college's vision of empowering future educators through academic excellence, professional ethics, and human values.
