Located in an area of 20244 sq mts within a total land area of 15 acres in the serene atmosphere of the St. Vincent’s Seminary remote from the hustles , the college building with a spacious built up area of 2100 sqmts houses Seminars halls, Classrooms, various Laboratories, Offices, a Library, Recreation room, Rest room, etc.
Library
The college library to keep the student teachers up to date with the ever changing scenario in the education field. The spacious library with a very collection of over 4000 books, various sets of encyclopedias, 477 reference books and various journals has all and more than what every student teacher needs.

HOSTEL FACILITY
The college offers Hostel facility for both Men & Women in the campus. The Marian Engineering College Hostel managed by the Archdiocese is run by Rev. Sisters of St. Martha congregation.
BUS FACILITY
The college in co-operation with Marian Engineering College hosts a fleet of buses of Marian Engineering College for comfortable commuting of students of St. Jacob’s Training College to all parts of the district.
Students can also avail the bus concession from KSRTC.
